The elegant main shrine designated as a national important cultural property
The main hall is an elegant structure with a hip-and-gable roof and a flat entrance, and although it was built in the early Edo period, it combines the style of Muromachi period with Momoyama period carvings. It was rebuilt by Mizuno Katsunari, the first lord of Fukuyama, and is designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan.
