    Special processing

We have been pursuing special processing (vintage processing) in the denim manufacturing process for over 30 years.
We are committed to “manufacturing techniques” that cannot be produced by machining using original processing tools developed by ourselves and original human body models. Then, by making full use of the knowledge and technology gained while processing luxury brands from national brands.

Currently, we are in charge of special processing of F.F.G “Fukuyama Factory Guild” jeans from Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which is the largest denim producer in Japan.

In addition, we have expanded the range not only to BtoB but also to BtoC, and we also process jeans for ordinary people, celebrities, etc.
If you bring jeans that you want to process during the factory tour (* consultation required in advance), how will they actually be processed? We will explain the process and mail it after the processing is completed.
