This is the first exhibition to introduce the whole picture of the creation of picture book writer Wakayama Ken (Wakayama Ken, 1930-2015) who drew “Koguma-chan Ehon.” This exhibition includes premieres such as “Good Morning Koguma-chan” and “Shirokuma-chan's Hot Keki” from the long-selling picture book series “Koguma-chan Ehon,” which has a cumulative circulation of over 10 million copies Lithographs will be released at once, and we will approach the appeal and secrets of “Koguma-chan Ehon,” which was born in 1970.
Also on display are lithographs and original drawings of picture books whose style is significantly different from “Koguma-chan Ehon,” such as Wakayama's masterpiece “Kitsuneyama no Yomeiri” and “Obake no Doron Doron” series.
