Train commemorating the 30th anniversary of World Heritage site designation

A special tram commemorating the 30th anniversary of its designation as a World Heritage Site.

On August 29, a departure ceremony was held for a specially decorated tram commemorating the 30th anniversary of the World Heritage designation. The tram, which connects A-bomb Dome (Atomic Bomb Dome) and Miyajima-guchi, began operating with special wrapping to promote the 30th anniversary of the World Heritage designation. Inside the tram, a photo exhibition introducing the value and history of both World Heritage sites is also being held.
