Kukai Observatory

This observation deck was built on the summit of Mount Takao in Teshima, and its name comes from the place name. If you walk up the promenade from Shiba Ski Resort, you will come to a gazebo with a bell inside. The view from the gazebo is amazing, and you can see the mountains of Chugoku and Shikoku, as well as the beautiful islands of the Seto Inland Sea. There are also promenades around the area, with a variety of flowers and trees planted, so you can take a stroll while enjoying nature.
