Iwamatsuyama Gensobo Temple was founded by Inada Gensobo in 1906, and from the entrance to the main hall to the end of the hall, numerous painted concrete Buddha statues are placed, glaring ominously in the dimly lit grove. These statues were made by Gensobo himself, and the most impressive is the palm of his hand, which is over 3m long. (The entire statue is still incomplete.) A soft water spring has been flowing in front of the main hall for over 100 years.
