About 30 kinds of cherry blossoms are in full bloom

This park stretches out at the foot of the Kagamiyama Castle Ruins, a national historic site. In spring, over 500 cherry trees of over 30 varieties grace the grounds, welcoming visitors. A wide variety of cherry blossoms, including Somei-Yoshino, double-flowered, and weeping cherry trees, bloom in full bloom, attracting families and other visitors during peak viewing seasons.
Several ponds dot the park, where the cherry blossoms and autumn leaves reflected on their surfaces beautifully reflect the changing seasons. Benches and gazebos surround the ponds, making them ideal for relaxing. There are also walking trails, perfect for improving your health while enjoying nature on sunny days.
In autumn, the park is enveloped in autumn leaves, transforming the landscape with a gradation of red, yellow, and orange. The autumn leaves reflected in the ponds are also picturesque, making it a popular spot for photographers and those enjoying quiet time. Enjoying a different atmosphere from spring is one of Kagamiyama Park's charms.
