Ryuojima is an uninhabited island with a circumference of about 1.6km, floating in the Seto Inland Sea. The island is home to natural features such as flowers and sandy beaches, and a small hill offers a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea. It takes about eight minutes by ferry from the mainland to Ryuojima. You can enjoy an extraordinary experience as you watch the sun setting behind the mountains in the evening, the beautiful starry sky at night, and the sun rising over the Seto Inland Sea in the morning. The island is fully equipped with all the equipment you need for camping and barbecues, as well as flush toilets and shower facilities. Staff are on-site both day and night, so even first-time visitors can use the island with peace of mind.
