Near the summit of Mt. Shirataki

It is said that Gyoki Bodhisattva created the principal image, the Eleven-Headed Kannon Bodhisattva (a prefectural important cultural property), and founded the temple on the summit of Mt. Shirataki, which is located in the Kurotakiyama area of Setonaikai National Park. At the summit, there are stone statues of the Sixteen Arhats and a life-sized Maro Cliff Buddha carved into the 25m circumference of the Eight Tatami Rock.
