A field museum that preserves 176 burial mounds, historic sites, and restored ancient dwellings in harmony with nature.

The park is located on a hill covering an area of about 30 hectares, and is home to a historic site, 176 ancient tombs from the Jorakuji Temple and Nanatsuzuka Tomb Group, as well as a restored ancient residence and the former Mano family residence, an important cultural property, all preserved and open to the public in harmony with nature. It is a popular field museum where visitors can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons. The park also houses the Prefectural History and Folklore Museum, which exhibits a wide range of historical, archaeological and folklore materials.
