Located on a southwest-sloping land at an altitude of 135 to 200 meters, the view opens up as you climb the main staircase, with the first rose garden on the first step, the second rose garden on the second step, and a public space, flower beds, and a Japanese garden on the third step in the center, and to the side is the main office building with large and small conference rooms used for various horticulture classes. At the top is a lawn garden with a view of Matsunaga Bay, and apricot, plum, flowering plum, and cherry orchards. In addition, on the eastern part of the park, covering an area of about 8,000 square meters, there is a training farm for training in the cultivation of fruit trees and vegetables.
