Guidance hall attached to Mantoku-in ruins built by Motonaga Kikkawa (grandson of Motonari Mouri) in 1574
Around 1574 (Tensho 2), the eldest son of Motoharu Yoshikawa, Motonaga Kikkawa built this temple as a family temple after his death. The excavation that began in 1991 uncovered many remains and relics, such as the site of the main hall, the kitchen, the bath house, the water facility, the garden, the charcoal kiln, the Lotus Sutra block, and the bamboo ruler. Various wisdom and techniques of the people who demonstrated it became clear. On the 3rd Sunday of every month, there is a demonstration of how the kettle is actually heated, and you can experience a steam bath. The road from the Maizuna area on National Route 433 is well maintained, and sightseeing buses can enter the park parking lot. *Exhibits such as detailed materials and excavated items are on display at the Sengoku Garden History Museum. The pond garden is designated as a national scenic spot.
