Former Aruki Village (Hiyago) Nishinomiya Inohanayama Hachiman Shrine was built in 1501. The main petitioners are Hisachika Ariki, lord of Ookubi Castle in Nishiariki Village, and Chikanobu Takao, lord of Gyokuizumi Castle in Nishiariki Village. The details of the shrine are unknown because the ancient texts were not destroyed by fire. The shrine has been repaired many times, and recently, in 1996, the roof of the main shrine was replaced with a copper sheet, which is still in use today. In April of the following year, following the promulgation of the educational system in the 5th year of the Meiji era, the Inohana Keimō Gakusha was established on the precincts of the temple, where reading and abacus were taught, and night classes were also held. Due to aging, the school was 35 years until it moved to Ningo in Meiji 41, but it was "the birthplace of local culture". In 2003, the cypress tree on the grounds was designated as a natural monument of the town. Japanese cypress (tree height: 31m, trunk circumference: 4.5m)
