You can casually enjoy the experience of making soba noodles at Toyohira Donguri Village Roadside Station. A soba noodle craftsman will instruct you and you can even taste the soba noodles you have made on the spot.

- The introductory fee is 4,200 yen (tax included) per bowl. One bowl makes enough soba for about 5 people, so the whole family can participate for 4,200 yen (one set of tools is provided). It is recommended to experience this in groups of 1 to 3 people. You can participate even if you are alone, not just in groups. The tasting fee is 300 yen (tax included) per person, and you can sample the soba you made. If you wish to take some home, please bring a cooler box and ice packs. Since it is additive-free and fresh, please be sure to consume it on the same day.
