The park is made up of three parts: the Entsuba Katsuzo Sculpture Museum, a creative building that serves as a place for new cultural creation, and a park that serves as a place for family interaction. Six bronze statues by Entsuba Katsuzo are installed along the park's walking paths, allowing visitors to appreciate art while enjoying a nature walk outdoors. In early April, cherry blossoms (Somei Yoshino) bloom and the park becomes bustling with visitors who come to view the flowers.
