A facility where you can learn about the history and culture of okonomiyaki You can also experience making okonomiyaki
The word ``Wood'' expresses our commitment to the global environment, and the name comes from the word ``Egg,'' which refers to okonomiyaki eggs. The characteristic round exterior is reminiscent of the ``maru'' of okonomiyaki and the ``wa'' of a gathering. We are disseminating information about Hiroshima's representative food culture, okonomiyaki, to everyone across generations and regions. The Okono Museum on the second floor is a museum full of curiosity and discovery where you can experience the history and culture of okonomiyaki. (For 1 to 6 people, tours are possible without reservations.) At the 3rd floor "Kitchen Studio", you can learn the tips for making okonomiyaki at home. The ``Okonomiyaki Training Center'' on the 4th floor uses full-scale equipment to develop professional skills and attitudes, and supports the opening of okonomiyaki restaurants.
