From the summit, you can see the vast expanse of Hiroshima city and islands such as Ninoshima and Miyajima in the distance. It is a beautiful green space where beautiful nature and manmade forests blend together skillfully. At the summit, the TV towers of NHK and other commercial broadcasters stand, and from here a promenade stretches to Bishamonten, which was built about 700 years ago. You can take a stroll while enjoying nature. To get to Ikoi no Mori, starting from Bishamonten, take public transportation (Hiroshima Kotsu bus, Astram Line or JR), then walk to the summit of Mt. Gongen using the promenade next to the main hall of Bishamonten.
