The Blue Line, which connects Miyajima and Kure in as little as 45 minutes, will be operating again this year. ~ After a stroll around Miyajima, head to Kure Port ~ Visit the Yamato Museum and the Iron Whale Museum near Kure Port. Enjoy Kure JMSDF Curry and Kure Cold Noodles. The only "Yatai Street" in the Chugoku region, where stalls start opening at dusk, is lined with around 10 stores every day, and the surrounding area is bustling with locals and tourists. Enjoy sightseeing by taking advantage of the Blue Line, which allows you to take in the best of two tourist destinations, Kure and Miyajima, in one day.
