Yano Onsen Park with a total area of ​​15ha Shiki no Sato

Yano Onsen Park Shiki no Sato is a 15-hectare park that is home to Yano Iwami, a nationally designated natural monument made up of giant rocks piled up one on top of the other, and Ayame Garden, where 70,000 iris flowers of about 200 species bloom. At Momijidani-en Campsite, you can enjoy outdoor life with camping, athletics, and forest bathing in the rich natural surroundings, and auto camping is also available. Yano Iwami, a nationally designated natural monument, is located at the back of Shiki no Sato Campsite, and is made up of giant rock masses measuring 2 to 8 meters in diameter piled up on top of each other. Groundwater flows on the surface of the bedrock at the bottom, and cool air blows out of the cave mouth even in summer. Inside the park, there is Soba Dokoro Shiki, a hand-made soba restaurant that is open only on weekends and holidays. You can experience soba making by making a reservation in advance.
