Continuing to convey the feelings of those who suffered and agonized in search of water that should not be given to them.

Date of construction: September 1, 1960. The 1m high, 4m wide Oya stone wall and the ceramic lion on the left side of it have a continuous flow of water coming from their mouth, which continues to convey the agony of those who, in their suffering, sought water, something that should never have been given to them.
