Atomic Bomb Sacrifice Construction Workers and Craftsmen Monument

A monument to comfort the spirits of the atomic bomb victims who were involved in the construction industry and to pass on the message to future generations so that their sorrows will not be repeated.

Date of construction: August 5, 1988. This monument was built to console the souls of those who lost their lives in the atomic bombing, including many construction workers, craftsmen and their families, and to convey to future generations that no one from any country or ethnic group should ever again become a victim.

From Hiroshima Station, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway tram (tram) and get off at Atomic Bomb Dome-mae stop. From Motoyasukawa Higashizume, go down along the river for about 1 minute.
