Fukuoji Mountain

The mountain has an elevation of 495.9m. A road runs about 1km from the summit, and there is also a parking lot, making it an easy mountain to visit even with small children. There are multiple trails and many sights to see, so you can enjoy hiking throughout the year. Many people visit especially during the seasons of new greenery and autumn leaves. Within the grounds of Fukuoji Temple, there are many quaint cultural assets such as the Kondo Hall, Niomon Gate, and Toumyosugi Cedar, and the solemn air will cleanse your soul.
