Enjoy the thrill of the Enokawa "Enokawa rapid rafting" sightseeing

Let's enjoy whitewater rafting on the Chugoku region's largest first-class river "Enokawa"

・Sakugi Town is the only place in Hiroshima Prefecture where you can enjoy an adventure in the great outdoors of the Gono River (194 km long), the largest first-class river in the Chugoku region. ・The Gono River basin, the largest first-class river in the Chugoku region, is best rafted in the area from Igawashi area of Sakugi Town, Miyoshi City to Shimane Prefecture (Ouran Town to Misato Town) where you can enjoy the spectacular views and rapids of the Gono River!・This is an experience where you can enjoy a 3.5km river trip with ups and downs, leisurely floating down the majestic Eno River from the Igawashi area, sometimes working together to overcome the rapids (this is not like regular rafting where you go down rapids or jump into the water). ・When you see the Third Egawa Bridge, the largest bridge on the Eno River, where the NPO Enogawa Railway runs a trolley-type train across, you will arrive at the rafting end point, Yanabara, where 300 plum trees bloom in March. ・Enjoy the experience of cooking the Eno River Stone-Grilled Bonfire Gozen meal, where you will cook rice in a feather pot in a stone-built hearth on the riverside of Yanabara, and make stone-grilled miso soup. (In case of rain, the event will be changed to a curry lunch in an old house.) ・You can also enjoy stone-piling balance and water-cutting stone throwing on the riverbank. ・After lunch, you can take a trolley-type train from Utsui Station on the former JR San'in Line, which runs for a limited time, across the Third Egawa Bridge! (Limited-time option) ・There is no other place where you can enjoy the view of the former JR San'in Line (108 km from Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture to Gotsu City, Shimane Prefecture) that runs along the Eno River, and take a trial ride (optional) on the NPO Enogawa Railway's trolley-type train (sky experience). ・Anyone who wants to try an active tourist experience in the great outdoors can participate! Friends, families, student clubs, and even the elderly are all welcome♪
