Wishes for 100 years after the war drawn by nine artists living in Hiroshima
The WALL ART PROJECT "2045 NINE HOPES" is located in the area where you can walk up and down the spiral slope "Sanpo-zaka" on the east side of the Orizuru Tower from the first floor to the rooftop observation deck. Nine artists of various generations, from their 20s to 90s, who have ties to Hiroshima, have painted art on the nine layers of the wall, with the theme of "wishes" for 2045, the 100th anniversary of the end of the war, that they want to leave for future generations.
