Located inside the "Toyohira Donguri Mura Roadside Station," this is a handmade soba restaurant where you can enjoy delicious soba. Not only can you eat handmade soba made by a craftsman, but there is also a soba dojo where you can make your own handmade soba under instruction and eat it on the spot.

Experience fee: One bowl of soba noodles (5 servings) 4200 yen (instruction fee included)
*For 300 yen per person (tax included), you can sample the soba noodles you made.
*If you are taking the noodles home, please bring a cooler and ice packs. As they are additive-free and raw, please be sure to consume them on the same day.
