You can experience the whole process of letterpress printing, from "collecting type" to pick up letters like Giovanni in "Night on the Galactic Railroad" by Kenji Miyazawa, "typesetting" to arrange the letters and lay them out, and "printing" using a manual letterpress printing machine. Don't worry, our staff will help you create a wonderful work. The store is filled with many types and tools donated from all over Japan. It opened in 2016 after renovating an old house in the Yamate area, where the traditional scenery typical of Onomichi remains.
