You can enjoy the experience of picking Japanese figs, which is rare in Japan, in a park rich in nature.
Onomichi is one of Japan's leading producers of Japanese figs. This seaside fig orchard, located right in the middle of the Shimanami Kaido, produces over 200 Japanese figs, and the picking experience draws many visitors of all ages. The figs are grown using environmentally friendly natural farming methods, and the experience of processing them into fig jam, juicy juice, and more is also popular. The orchard is a Hiroshima Prefecture special cultivation and MOA natural farming certified orchard. (Picking and processing experiences require reservations only.)
