This half-day experience includes French cuisine that makes full use of Miyoshi's signature ingredients and wines, and a music recital by a Miyoshi-born soprano singer at Mirasaka Coffee. Take the Fukuen Line from Miyoshi Station and arrive at Mirasaka Station, looking at the countryside scenery. The cafe was opened by the owner, Sasaki Takayuki, who is from Mirasaka, in the hope of revitalizing the town, and a mini concert was held by Miyoshi-born soprano singer Yodogawa Moe. You can enjoy the coffee brewed with care by hand drip and glass lighting by local artists. For dinner, a sommelier will carefully select wines from Miyoshi Winery that go well with Mirasaka Fromage and French cuisine made with vegetables harvested in Miyoshi. During the meal, the chef and sommelier will give you advice on pairings and other recommendations.
