The dining table

~ Providing a space and dining table with a focus on jochu ~ Misumijima, a small island in the Seto Inland Sea with a population of about 16 people, is a quiet place with no convenience stores or supermarkets, close to nature and people. Using by-products (sake lees, amino acids, lemons) produced during the brewing process, centered around the new jochu made from sake produced by Naorai, we create meals and tables with our guests, gather around the table, exchange sake cups, and hold "naokai" (meals and drinks together), to realize a world that has been brewed over and over. This is one of the products we are starting from the small Misumijima Island in the Seto Inland Sea.
