Enshrined from Suwa Taisha Shrine. Huge cedar trees line the approach to the shrine.

The rows of large cedar trees towering on both sides of the approach to the shrine are known as "Thousand-Year Cedars" and are some of the largest and most ancient cedar trees in the prefecture, and have been designated a prefectural natural monument.
