Hiroshima Saijo Sake Journey: Breweries and Gourmet Pairing Lunch

[Highlights] This product includes a rare opportunity to visit around 3 sake breweries on Sakagura-dori in Higashihiroshima and Saijo with a guide, enjoy the unique features of each brewery and the scenery that can only be found on Sakagura-dori, and then listen to an explanation of sake at Kamozuru Sake Brewery, and hear about sake brewing directly from the actual Toji (brewmaster) while enjoying sake and food that is designed to be paired with the sake. The guide will guide you on your walk around the town directly, and the conversation with the Toji will be translated by the guide, both in English. [Itinerary and details] Depending on the estimated time of arrival, some adjustments can be made, such as switching the order of the sake brewery tour and the pairing lunch. [Sample itinerary] 10:30 Meet at JR Saijo Station 10:35-12:00 Walk around the brewery street (an inbound (English speaking) guide will show you around the area) 12:00-13:30 Arrive at Kamozuru Sake Brewery ・Watch an explanatory video about sake in the observation building ・Proceed to Franceiya for a sake explanation by the toji brewer and pairing lunch Please prepare the information you need, such as the purpose of your visit, customer attributes, and age of participants, as it will be used during the tour guide. Please also prepare rain gear in case of rain as the tour will be held rain or shine. The toji brewer (head brewer) is scheduled to be present at the pairing lunch, but there may be cases where he is unable to be present due to unforeseen circumstances.
