Spend a relaxing time in Hiroshima with English-speaking mothers who have lived abroad. [Itinerary] 1. Make two types of onigiri. 2. Make miso soup. 3. Experience a tea ceremony (including matcha green tea and sweets). [Details] Onigiri is a Japanese food with a longer history than sushi. You will make onigiri using warm, freshly harvested rice. Children are also welcome. There are two onigiri flavors (you can choose two from these): 1. Fresh egg yolk marinated in soy sauce (a specially prepared onigiri topping). 2. Tuna mayonnaise. 3. Shrimp tempura. 4. Mixed furikake (several types). We will make miso soup, a traditional Japanese soup. For dessert, enjoy your own made matcha tea with Japanese sweets. You will also learn the etiquette of the tea ceremony. *Please let us know in advance if you would like a vegetarian or vegan menu.
