In addition to learning about okonomiyaki, such as the difference between Kansai-style and Hiroshima-style, and when Hiroshima-style originated, we'll also introduce you to Hiroshima's food culture through a la carte dishes featuring ingredients unique to Hiroshima. Through food, you'll experience a glimpse of Hiroshima's food culture, its path to recovery, and the history of hardships and ingenuity passed down from the founder.
