Cycling along the Shimanami Kaido
Hop on an e-bike from farm and bed SETODA on this one-day tour around the Shimanami Kaido, a mecca for cyclists.
Enjoy the best of Takanejima, the "citrus island" with a population of 400 where your accommodation is located, Ikuchijima, the "island of art and lemons," and Omishima, the "Kaminoshima" island home to Japan's main guardian shrine.
Your guide will coordinate a course based on your requests.
As befits a mecca for cyclists, no matter where you look along the course, you'll be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea's many islands.
You'll also be taken to outdoor art installations scattered around the islands, shops selling local products, and temples and shrines where you can learn about the islands' historical stories.
