Visit "Iwafune no Mizu," a spring associated with Ueda Sōko, a samurai and tea master who lived through a time of war, and enjoy a half-day wellness experience where you can surrender your mind to nature and tea and find peace of mind.
We will pay our respects to the land at Kameyama Shrine, walk through the Asahara foothills, and personally collect water from Iwafune. We will boil water with this water and, in the tranquil Japanese-style space of Sumu., where traditional Japanese houses and Scandinavian aesthetics harmonize, we will contemplate a cup of tea in the Ueda Sōko-ryū samurai tea ceremony.
Experience the water, nature, tea, and each movement with all your senses, stepping away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while, and taking time to reflect on yourself. Finally, we will reflect on the experience through journaling, regaining inner peace.
