Akitsu is a port town facing the Seto Inland Sea. This tour traces the history of the sea, sake, and the feelings of the people in this town, once renowned as the "birthplace of ginjo sake." Walk through the history of this port town, which has a long history dating back to ancient times, offer prayers to the god of sake brewing at Sakakiyama Hachiman Shrine, and tour the sake brewery guided by the 9th generation master brewer, Soichiro Tsukasa. In a brewery that has been rebuilt after overcoming disasters, you will experience sake pairing with local ingredients and create your own original label. At the end of the trip, enjoy a moment to engrave the story of Akitsu in your heart while overlooking the calm Seto Inland Sea.
