Take a walk in the sunbeams on the Forest Therapy Road

It is a beautiful, gently sloping mountain completely surrounded by grassland. Every April, a traditional event, the Miinyuyama mountain burning, is held to herald the arrival of spring. There are three trailheads, suitable for beginners to experts, and one trail is the first to be certified as a Forest Therapy Road® by Hiroshima Prefecture. The summit offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Mt. Garyu and Mt. Daisen to the north, Mt. Osorekurakan to the west, and Mt. Noro of the Seto Inland Sea to the south. There are accommodations and campsites nearby.
