Reopening as “Ryokan Onomichi Nishiyama” in the spring of 2023
The three-story wooden building built in the Taisho era is a historical inn that was founded in 1945 and was loved by many writers and was also used as a location for the movie "Futari" directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi. Kaiseki cuisine using fresh seafood from Setouchi is popular and delicious, and is convenient for sightseeing near the Senkoji Ropeway in the center of Onomichi.
