Ruins of the castle of the Saka clan, a member of the Mouri clan who served as regents of the Soryo family for generations

It is a typical mountain castle built on a steep mountain ridge at an altitude of 300m. In 1522, when Amago Tsunehisa attacked Yoshida, Saka Hirotoki, who was pro-Ouchi, was attacked by Motonari and committed suicide. In the same year, the Mori family succession issue arose, and Saka Hirohide, who tried to support Aioi Mototsuna, was attacked by Motonari at night and killed.
