About the ticket advance purchase/reservation system using the web
・Advance purchases and reservations are accepted 90 days prior to the scheduled visit date.
・We use the “Asoview" system for domestic sales and the “Klook" system for overseas sales.
・For domestic sales, individuals and groups must reserve and purchase tickets from separate ticket sales pages.
・Individuals: less than 30 adults
・Groups: 30 adults or more to which group discount rates apply for groups such as school trips, etc.
Period eligible for reservation
・The capacity (every 30 minutes) is 300 people (upper limit).
・Only those who have made an online reservation can enter the permanent exhibition (paid zone). Furthermore, even those who have not made an online reservation can enter the museum in order to visit the special exhibition, which can be viewed free of charge.
Please note that tickets will not be sold at the counter on the day.
・With a ticket for the reserved time, it is also possible to enter the museum at a time other than the reserved time (normal opening hours). However, please note that you will not be able to enter the museum at the reservation target time ② (17:30 to 18:30 in the case of March) with a ticket for the reservation target time ① (you cannot enter the reservation target time ① with a ticket for the reservation target time ②).
・Last admission is 30 minutes before closing, so please enter at least 30 minutes before closing.
