    Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Setouchi by cruising on the Tatara Ohashi Bridge and “Citrus” that you can cross by rent-a-bicycle! On the second day, after enjoying a walk in Onomichi, we went to Tomonoura. We will tour the main spots of Tomonoura, where traces of history from ancient times are everywhere.

    A temple of the Jodo Shinshu Honganji school with a museum and marble garden

    Kosanji Temple, a temple of the Jodo Shinshu Honganji School, which was built by Kozo Kosanji as his mother’s family temple, is open to the public as part of the museum, as well as the “Seated Statue of Hogan Amida Nyorai by Kaikei” and “Satake Hon Thirty-Six Immortal Poets Sentendankan Letter” You can see the museum’s collections, including important cultural properties such as “Ki no Tsurayuki”, in each exhibition hall of Buddhist art, modern art, and tea ceremony art.
    The marble sculpture garden and the hill of the future heart are also popular as photogenic spots.
