Free Invitation! Pre-Launch Event Using Recycled Paper from Origami Cranes on Wednesday, July 31 @ Rest House
Why not capture the feelings of peace you experienced after visiting Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park as a souvenir of your trip?
Origami cranes are sent to Hiroshima from all over the world amount to approximately 10 million cranes (about 10 tons) annually. Each crane carries a wish for peace. In order to pass on these heartfelt wishes to future generations, the cranes are reborn as recycled paper called “Origami Crane Recycled Paper”.
At the pre-experience event on Wednesday, July 31, participants will use Origami Crane Recycled Paper to create flower motifs called “Origami Crane Recycled Paper Flowers.”
