2025 "Evening of Peace" Concert 80th Anniversary of the Atomic Bombing "Music for Peace" with Daniil Trifonov
The Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra will hold an "Evening of Peace" concert to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing.
Daniil Trifonov is currently one of the world's top pianists and enjoys great popularity in Japan as well.
His first collaboration with the Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra will be performing one of his favorite repertoires, Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2.
This is a performance worth paying attention to, as Trifonov has not performed a concerto with an orchestra in Japan in recent years.
From the suffering of Rachmaninoff to the heavenly music of Mahler, we will deliver a message of peace through music to the world.
