HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER "MUSIC HOLIDAY"

The Christmas season, which transcends borders and time and is filled with a sense of happiness, is coming.

After the war, even during Hiroshima's reconstruction, citizens gathered to sing Christmas music and listen to music records, as music has always represented hope for “tomorrow.”

This winter, an event centered on music -“MUSIC HOLIDAY”- will be held at Orizuru Tower with the hope that all visitors will have a joyful Christmas. At this event, musicians active mainly in Hiroshima will gather and deliver performances under the theme of “Our Presents.”

On weekends and holidays during the event period, musicians will perform at “Orizuru Square” on the 12th floor of HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER.

In addition, as part of our Christmas season campaign, we encourage guests to help us decorate and add joy to the rooftop area by clipping their own folded cranes onto the Christmas trees there. Known as the “Wish Tree,” we hope that you will adorn these trees with limited-time Christmas origami cranes with your wishes written on them. Also, starting in December, Santa Claus will visit on weekends, gifting children wonderful presents.

Christmas is a time when people wish for happiness and are enveloped in a warm sense of togetherness. Because it is a chaotic world today, we hope to deliver an experience where everyone can spend Christmas wishing for a kind, happy, and bright future, from the inspiring backdrop of Hiroshima.
