Special Exhibition Actually Hiroshima 3 - Daily Necessities Edition - [Hiroshima City Local History Museum]
There are quite a few nationally known companies and products that originated in Hiroshima or are produced in Hiroshima with a significant market share, but surprisingly, they are not known.
In this special exhibition, “Actually, Hiroshima - we had this kind of relationship (food), which was held in the 4th year of Reiwa
As the third installment following “Edition)” and “Actually Hiroshima 2 - Manufacturing Edition -” which was carried out in Reiwa 5, we will focus on “daily necessities” and will be exhibited.
We use a lot of daily necessities on a daily basis. In search of a more convenient, more comfortable, safer and healthier lifestyle, the daily necessities required have evolved along with changes in daily life. Hiroshima's traditions and techniques are utilized there. It is a daily necessities that are casually present in everyday life, but the event will be held as an opportunity to review once again the origins of the daily necessities field from the viewpoint of continuous refinement and transmission of technology and its origin in Hiroshima.
◆Exhibition contents◆
We will cover Kumano brushes, fountain pens (Sailor Fountain Pen Co., Ltd.), the rubber industry (Mikasa Co., Ltd., Molten Co., Ltd.), hygiene products, etc. (Fumakiller Co., Ltd.). Please refer to the leaflet for details.

Exhibitions will be explained every Sunday (excluding closed days) from 14:00 for about 20 minutes.
