A brewery founded in 1856 in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. We brew the Japanese sake ``Senpuku'', which is mainly made with rice grown locally in Hiroshima Prefecture, as well as produce whiskey and gin. For over 100 years, what we have consistently valued is the taste of sake. While refining our brewing techniques every day, we pursue the best flavor that takes advantage of the unique characteristics of sake rice. The attached antenna shop "Gallery Miyakeya Shoten" sells limited edition sake and goods and offers tastings. Please feel free to drop by.
