Fukubi Sake Brewery

It was founded in 1917 with funding from sake brewers and other voluntary individuals from around the country. In addition to sake brewing, it was also designated as a training institute for sake brewing technicians and was called the Saijo Sake Brewing School. Toji brewers who learned sake brewing here are active at breweries across the country. Fukubijin, brewed with water from the "Beauty's Well" by toji brewers who have inherited these traditional techniques, is a soft and gentle sake, just as its name suggests. The water from the "Beauty's Well" is available to the public, and there is no end to the people who come to draw water every day.
