It was founded in 1917 with the investment of volunteers from sake brewers nationwide. In addition to sake brewing, it was designated as a training institution for sake brewing engineers and was called Saijo Sake Brewing School. Mr. Mori who learned sake brewing here are active in kuramotos nationwide. As the name suggests, Fukubijin brewed in the water of "Bijin no Ido" by Mr. Mori, who inherited the traditional technique, is a soft and gentle sake. "Bijin no Ido" water is provided to the general public, and those who come to fetch it every day will not be behind.
