A graceful and magnificent Buddhist building that fuses Tang and Japanese

It is said to have been built in the 15th century and is a designated Important Cultural Property. It is about 27m tall and is a perfect blend of Chinese and Japanese styles, with the tops of the interior pillars decorated with gold scrollwork and the interior walls decorated with brilliantly colored Buddhist paintings. The trees that change with the seasons add color to this perfect photo spot, so why not take a commemorative photo with the long stone steps in the background?
