It is the ruins of Kamei Castle built by Masanori Fukushima, the lord of Hiroshima Castle. It is known as a famous place for about 700 Yoshino cherry trees in the spring, and there are seven in the park, including "Nagaragawa Enka", which was created to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Miyuki Ishimoto's (Otake City) lyricist life.
